The Mortgage Talent Company was created from a simple idea: recruitment works better when you genuinely understand the people and the industry you’re recruiting for.
I've spent more than 15 years building experience in property and business, working in a blue chip consultancy alongside top tier companies to develop strategies that grow and diversify. Throughout that time, I’ve seen first-hand how much the right people, relationships and culture can influence the success of a business.
My understanding of the mortgage industry has also grown through close involvement with a successful UK mortgage brokerage, giving me a genuine insight into the day-to-day realities of running a brokerage and the people who make it work.
That experience led me to look at mortgage recruitment differently.
Why mortgages?
The mortgage industry is highly specialised, and mortgage professionals have very different skills, experience and ambitions.An adviser isn’t simply a CV.It’s their qualifications, experience, business levels, client relationships, lead sources, preferred working model, earning potential and, perhaps most importantly, what they actually want from their career.
That’s why I created The Mortgage Talent Company.
Rather than taking a traditional recruitment approach, we focus exclusively on mortgage talent and take the time to understand both sides of the relationship — the professional and the brokerage.
